It is located on Terminal E. After you pass the security, turn right towards gate 4. Then walk all the way to the end and look on the left side, there is a dedicated lounge elevator or stairs to take to where the lounge is located. If you couldn’t find it, just ask anyone who work there. I found the lounge location to be a bit hiding at the end of the wing.
It opens from 1:00pm to 11:30pm. The lounge looks very nice and the way it setup is warm however, the location of where they put the drink and the food is not too convenience. There is a room with nice seating area where you could watch TV and there is a place where you could do your work or social. I found that the atmosphere was not too bad. There was not a lot of food available even though it was dinner time when I was there. However, there was instant noddle. I found that was cool. I would have gotten one but didn’t feel like it at the time. I had some fruits and cheese. Then I head over to the drink area and pour myself a glass of red wine. It was not too bad for wine and dates for dinner before boarding the plane for a long flight to San Jose. One thing I didn’t like it very much was their restroom facility. It was small and messy. The one thing that turned me off immediately was the toilet paper which was so nasty. It was this brown roll of paper which was so rough that it felt like newspaper that I was using. For a lounge that could charge people up to $50 per visit to put this type of toilet paper in the restroom, I think is unacceptable. Hopefully that was just one of those days where they ran out of the regular toilet paper and had no choice but to use those.
